Teach well-being classes, mindful movement and relaxation plus back classes (yogaforbacks registered teacher). Fully qualified Yoga therapist I run vocational training courses (meditation and mindful movement) and CPD workshops (backs; reiki) at my private yoga studio, Claygate, Surrey.
Mindfulness makes a huge difference to one’s life: slowing down, feeling the movement and feeling the effects on body and mind.
What is the importance of professional guidelines such as the UK network’s Good practice Guidelines to you and your teaching?
These are very relevant and give assurance to students who like me give validation to students who might need reassurance that their needs can be safely accommodated.
