I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2002, when I qualified as a BWY teacher and have been continuously deepening and expanding my knowledge and experience. Finding ways to integrate body and mind is an integral part of my teaching.

Using my home Yoga room I teach small regular classes and individual sessions with body awareness, mindful movement, breath awareness, Yoga Nidra and meditation.

Since starting with the mindfulness course, the approach of mindfulness has become more and more integrated into the classes.

Mindfulness invites us to add a new dimension of tender care and kindness to every part of our being and living. It allows us to be at home with ourselves and the world; and it awakens new ways of communicating.
